This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through KyrionMedia.com. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

At Kyrion Media, we strive to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and seamless delivery of press releases. This policy outlines the terms regarding delivery, cancellations, refunds, and returns for our services.

1. Delivery Policy

Press releases are delivered in plain text, XML, or HTML formats.
Once an order is confirmed and acknowledged with a receipt, the press release is distributed within one hour.

2. Cancellation Policy

Press release orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of receipt.
After the press release is distributed, no further changes can be made, except to remove it from the website.

3. Press Release Removal

Complete removal of a press release from Kyrion Media’s website can be requested through customer care.
A manual removal fee will apply for this process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the purchase of the service. Once the refund is initiated, it will take 10 to 12 working days to reflect in your original payment method.
Evaluation: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Kyrion Media team, considering the circumstances of the request.
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Press releases already distributed.
- Delays or errors caused by third-party systems or content provided by the client.
- Trial services or limited-distribution services.

5. Returns

As our services involve non-tangible goods, there are no physical returns. However, any errors in the service will be rectified without additional charges.

6. Privacy Policy

Kyrion Media uses client data, including credit card numbers, solely for transaction purposes.
Client financial information is never retained or stored after the transaction is completed.
