Kyrion Media (“Kyrion,” “we,” “our,” “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our clients, partners, and users to do the same. We operate as a press release and content distribution hub, syndicating materials across our owned network of news websites and partner publishers.

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and applicable global copyright laws, we have established the following policy for handling copyright infringement claims.

1. Our Role as a Distribution Hub

- Kyrion Media is not the author, editor, or legal owner of the content submitted by agencies, PR firms, SEO firms, and other clients.
- We act solely as a distribution intermediary, publishing content provided by our clients to our news network.
- Responsibility for ensuring content originality, legality, and licensing rests entirely with the submitting client/agency.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been published or distributed through Kyrion Media without authorization, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice.

Your notice must include (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the specific material alleged to be infringing, including the URL(s) where the content is located.
3. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
5. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

3. How to Submit Notices

Please send all DMCA notices to our designated copyright agent:

Notices submitted without sufficient detail may not be processed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.

Your Counter-Notification must include:

1. Identification of the removed content and its location before removal.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country and acceptance of service of process from the party who filed the original claim.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we may restore the material unless the original claimant seeks a court order to restrain publication.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and global best practices, Kyrion Media reserves the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or block submissions from agencies, clients, or users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

6. Disclaimer

- Kyrion Media acts solely as a content distribution intermediary.
- We do not independently verify or fact-check submitted materials.
- All responsibility for copyright ownership, licensing, and permissions rests with the submitting client/agency.
- Our compliance with DMCA takedown requests does not constitute legal admission of infringement.

7. International Copyright Concerns

For users outside the United States, Kyrion Media also respects copyright frameworks such as the EU Copyright Directive, the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, and other applicable local regulations. We will respond to valid copyright complaints in accordance with relevant laws.
