Content Publishing & Delivery Policy

Kyrion Media (“Kyrion,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides content distribution and syndication services across a network of publishing partners. This Content Publishing & Delivery Policy explains how we accept, review, publish, deliver, and document content submitted through our Services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all content submitted to Kyrion Media for distribution, syndication, posting, republishing, sponsored placement, or related services (collectively, “Content” and “Services”).

2. Submission Requirements

- Provide truthful, accurate, and lawful content and all required metadata (author, company, contact, embargo/schedule date if applicable).
- Confirm you hold all necessary rights and permissions (copyright, trademark, image rights, third-party consents).
- Disclose paid relationships, sponsored content, or advertorials in compliance with applicable advertising laws.
- Provide any requested supporting documentation (e.g., proof of authorization for legal matters).

Submissions that do not meet requirements may be rejected or returned for revision.

3. Editorial Review & Approval

Kyrion Media operates as a distribution intermediary and performs reasonable automated and manual checks for policy compliance, format, spam, malware, and obvious legal issues.

We may reject, request edits, or delay publication of Content that violates our policies, contains prohibited material, or appears to present legal/compliance risks.

Kyrion Media does not guarantee editorial endorsement, fact-checking, or verification of claims in client-submitted Content.

4. Scheduling & Publication Timeframes

- Standard turnaround: We aim to publish approved Content within 24–72 hours (1–3 business days) after payment and final approval, unless a different timeframe is confirmed in writing or by the package ordered.
- Expedited requests: Rush/same-day publication may be available for an additional fee and is subject to capacity and editorial checks.

Actual publication timing may vary depending on publisher schedules, technical issues, time zones, and holidays.

5. Delivery & Proof of Publication

Kyrion Media will provide a delivery report for each distributed item which may include: published URL(s), timestamps, a screenshot or archive link (where available), and distribution notes.

Delivery reports are considered valid proof of publication. Keep your copy for your records. If additional documentation is required, request it through the Contact Page.

6. Revisions, Corrections & Retractions

- Pre-publication edits: You may update or withdraw Content prior to publication by contacting us through the Contact Page. Changes must be confirmed in writing.
- Post-publication corrections: If an error is discovered after publication, submit a Correction / Retraction Request via the Contact Page with clear justification and evidence. Kyrion will attempt correction where feasible; corrections may be published as separate correction notices or replaced content depending on the publisher partner.
- Retractions or removals: Requests to remove or retract Content from third-party publishers will be handled promptly, but removal cannot be guaranteed — third-party platforms may have their own policies. Kyrion will document all removal attempts.

7. DMCA / Copyright Takedown Requests & Counter-Notices

We process copyright complaints in accordance with applicable law (including the U.S. DMCA and comparable international regimes). To submit a DMCA-style notice, please use the DMCA / Copyright Takedown option on our Contact Page and include:

- Your full legal name, company (if applicable), and contact information;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material with precise URLs;
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is unauthorized;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate; and
- Your electronic or physical signature (an uploaded signed PDF or typed full name if submitting electronically).

Kyrion may forward the notice to publishers and/or remove content pending verification. We will notify the party that posted the content and follow applicable counter-notice procedures.

8. Removal & Take-Down Outcomes (Third-Party Platforms)

If content is removed by a publisher or third-party platform at their request or discretion, Kyrion will notify you, but cannot guarantee restoration.

Kyrion will attempt remediation (republication, replacement, or credit) if removal resulted from Kyrion’s error; otherwise, removal by third parties typically does not trigger automatic refunds (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).

9. Limitations & Disclaimers

- Kyrion Media does not control third-party publishers. We cannot guarantee permanent placement, exact placement location on a page, search ranking, traffic volumes, or public reception.
- We are not responsible for downstream use of published Content by third parties.

10. Data & Retention

We retain submission records, delivery logs, and related metadata for operational, accounting, legal, and compliance purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to request deletion of submission data, follow the data request procedure in our Privacy Policy; deletion may be limited by legal or contractual obligations.

11. Force Majeure

Kyrion is not responsible for delays or failures due to events outside reasonable control (e.g., outages, publisher policies, government action, natural disasters).
